Hi, I’m Brenda Logan RN BScN MC CCC

I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor, Registered Nurse, and ADHD and Sleep Therapist who provides professional and confidential counselling expertise to help those looking for support for ADHD/ADD, and a broad range of sleep, personal, relationship and/or social concerns.

I support people who are looking for ways to communicate better, wanting help with parenting issues, suffering from depression, dealing with anxiety or low self-esteem, adjusting to family changes, dealing with loss, or simply trying to cope with daily pressures of life.

My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and misunderstood and start supporting and empowering you to make the changes you want to make.
