I work with individuals, couples and groups who are looking for ways to sleep better, to manage ADHD symptoms, to communicate better, wanting help with parenting issues, suffering from depression, dealing with anxiety or low self-esteem, adjusting to family changes, dealing with loss, or simply trying to cope with daily pressures of life.
