I provide professional and confidential counselling expertise to help those looking for support for ADHD (formerly called ADD), sleep problems, and a broad range of personal, relationship and/or social concerns.

I work with individuals, couples and groups who are looking for ways to sleep better, to manage ADHD symptoms, to communicate better, wanting help with parenting issues, suffering from depression, dealing with anxiety or low self-esteem, adjusting to family changes, dealing with loss, or simply trying to cope with daily pressures of life.

My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and misunderstood and to support and empower you to make the changes you want to make.

We’re centrally located with easy access for city dwellers and those travelling from outside the city. There’s a transit stop on our doorstep and plenty of free parking!
