I specialize in ADHD, Sleep Problems, PTSD (for couples) and Mindfulness.
I provide professional and confidential counselling expertise to help those seeking support for a broad range of personal, relationship and/or social concerns. I work with individuals, couples and groups looking for ways to sleep better, manage ADHD and PTSD symptoms, communicate better, want help with parenting issues, depression, anxiety or low self-esteem, adjust to family changes, deal with loss, or cope better with life’s challenges.
