From battling hyperactivity to managing racing thoughts and procrastination, maintaining a consistent bedtime routine can feel like an uphill task.

We understand the intricate link between sleep and ADHD, and that’s why we’ve created Bedtime Bootcamp. If you’re contending with ADHD-related sleep challenges, our program is designed to provide tailored solutions that will enable you to establish healthy sleep patterns and awaken rejuvenated. Session 1: Understanding ADHD and Sleep Challenges 
– Learn about the connection between ADHD and sleep patterns.
– Share your experiences and explore common sleep challenges.

Session 2: Creating a Bedtime Routine 
– Establish a consistent bedtime routine for better sleep.
– Identify your unique sleep preferences and needs.
– Design a personalized bedtime routine incorporating relaxation techniques.

Session 3: Managing Racing Thoughts and Overactive Mind
– Understand how ADHD affects racing thoughts at bedtime.
– Practice calming techniques, mindfulness and meditation.
– Learn to manage racing thoughts using Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) techniques.

Session 4: Strategies for Improving Sleep Quality 
– Explore environmental factors affecting sleep quality.
– Optimize your sleep-friendly bedroom arrangement.
– Implement effective strategies for maintaining sleep and waking up refreshed.

What you can expect from our program:

In our program, we aim to connect individuals with ADHD, offering a supportive space to address everyday executive self-management challenges. Together, we’ll explore challenges with scheduling, motivation and thoughts that are impacting sleep. We will explore tailored approaches to address your specific sleep challenges related to ADHD.

  • Sessions foster an enriching and interactive group experience.
  • Small group settings that promote a more personalized and effective learning environment.
  • One-on-one counselling is available (for an additional fee) before, during, or after the group series, allowing for more individualized support.
  • Learn valuable skills but also have the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, have fun, and gain a better understanding of yourself and your capabilities.
