Our comprehensive 8-week Mindfulness for ADHD workshop is designed to improve core ADHD symptoms—such as inattentiveness, hyperactivity, impulsivity, and executive function—while fostering personal growth.
Our 8-week Mindfulness for ADHD group series combines practical insights with mindfulness techniques tailored to ADHD needs. Throughout the workshop, you’ll gain an enhanced understanding of ADHD, explore the transformative potential of mindfulness, and receive ADHD-adapted, step-by-step guidance to establish a mindfulness practice.
This workshop offers more than learning; it’s an opportunity to make connections, embrace enjoyable experiences, and discover a diverse array of mindfulness approaches—from serene meditation to dynamic movement exercises to uncover the mindfulness strategies that resonate with you!
Week 1: Become More Present: Attention and the Five Senses
Week 2: Focus and Wandering Mind: Mindful Breathing
Week 3: Direct and Anchor Your Awareness: Mindfulness of Sound, Breath, and Body
Week 4: Listen to Your Body: Mindfulness of Body Sensations and Movement
Week 5: Observe Your Mind: Mindfulness of Thoughts
Week 6: Manage Your Emotions: Mindfulness of Emotions
Week 7: Communicate Skillfully: Mindful Listening and Speaking
Week 8: Slow Down To Be More Effective: Mindful Decisions And Actions
Mindfulness for ADHD is based on Mindfulness Awareness Practice (MAPs) for ADHD developed by Lidia Zylowska. This group is for adults with an ADHD diagnosis who are interested in a mindfulness-based approach to better manage their ADHD symptoms and improve their well-being.

Together, we’ll delve into the intricacies of living with adult ADHD and delve into mindfulness techniques customized to meet your specific needs.
