Option 1: Monthly Membership: $50 each session (3-4 weekly sessions/month)

  • Ideal for those seeking consistent support and ongoing learning.
  • Provides a cost-effective way to engage regularly and build skills over time.
  • You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. However, please note: To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice via email to info@aspengrovecounselling.ca at least 7 days before the next billing cycle (before the 1st of the next month) to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Option 2: Drop-in: $70 per session for flexible attendance. Perfect for those who may not be ready to commit monthly or who need occasional support.

Drop-in Process:
Once a participant completes the pre-group consultation, they can attend future sessions as a drop-in, subject to availability.

  • Pre-Registration for Drop-ins: Participants must pre-register for drop-in sessions at least 48 hours in advance. This ensures we can manage group size effectively and create a welcoming environment for all attendees.
  • Commitment and Cancellation Policy: Once registered for a drop-in session, the participant is committed to attending. There are no cancellations or refunds within 48 hours of the session. If you register and cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you can reschedule or receive a refund.
  • Fee: The drop-in fee is $70 per session. This option provides flexibility for those who are unable to commit to a full month but still seek occasional support.

Example Flow for Drop-in Clients:
